Addi believes in fuctional training - training to be good at life. With an emphasis on core strength and stability, functional training includes plyometric, isometric and unilateral strength work combined with metabolic conditioning to improve your strength and fitness, and the way you move. It's fantastic for releasing all those happy brain chemicals too. FUN.
Through personal experience, Addi has also developed a special interest in changing perceptions surrounding chronic conditions and mental health, helping people to use exercise as a tool for overcoming personal challenges.

Addison is married to Emma, and is the proud dog mum to two rescue jackhuahuas Ewok and Smaug. Addison used to play in rocknroll bands before she was a PT, and now likes to spend her free time watching Sci Fi and Fantasy movies, cooking and eating whole food plant based delights, drawing political cartoons and improving her crossfit skillz.
