About:

Addi wants you to be the best version of yourself; to smash your fitness goals and pursue your health aspirations. She will motivate you to be the you you always wanted to be. And she dares you not to enjoy it.

Addi believes in fuctional training - training to be good at life. With an emphasis on core strength and stability, functional training includes plyometric, isometric and unilateral strength work combined with metabolic conditioning to improve your strength and fitness, and the way you move. It's fantastic for releasing all those happy brain chemicals too. FUN.

Through personal experience, Addi has also developed a special interest in changing perceptions surrounding chronic conditions and mental health, helping people to use exercise as a tool for overcoming personal challenges.

Driven to produce incredible results for her clients, Addi's approach to coaching is creative, personal, holistic, inspiring, fun and most importantly, tailored to your needs and goals. Winner winner tofu dinner.

Addison is married to Emma, and is the proud mother to three rescue animals; Ewok, Smaug and Tiggy. Addison used to play in rocknroll bands before she was a PT, and now likes to spend her free time watching and reading Sci Fi and Fantasy books and movies, playing Dungeons and Dragons with the Fit Bomb team, cooking and eating plant based delights, drawing and improving her crossfit skillz.
