Service Description

This class is about strength and lifting. Go heavy or keep it light... this class is a chance for you to do you. At your own pace. Guided through your program by one of our experience personal trainers, work those muscles and get strong! This class is great for people wanting to learn how to lift, work on technique, rehab an injury, for people undergoing fertility treatment, pregnancy or post-partum, or people wanting to take things a bit slower and prioritise their focus and form. We've designed a safe and controlled strength class, where you can go at the pace and intensity appropriate for whatever stage you're at. ALL ABILITIES WELCOME.
