Jade is positive, kind and fun, with a special interest in promoting body positivity and exercise for good mental health. She spent a long time being afraid of gyms and understands that getting started can be the hardest step of the fitness journey. Jade believes exercise is about more than just working up a sweat - its about connection, community, and feeling amazing. She’s firmly against dieting, and enjoys cake more than carrots.


In addition to working with Fit Bomb, Jade works as an illustrator and paints pet portraits. She plays bass guitar in a dad-punk band, has a gift for fiendishly hard jigsaw puzzles and brings anarchy and chaos to board games.
