These super sociable sessions give you an all round workout that will leave you buzzing for the rest of the day. Every class is different so you'll never get bored and you'll never know what to expect... other than a damn good sweat! ​ As qualified personal trainers we will modify workouts to suit your ability level and any injuries or things you may be working with. You're in safe hands!

Barbell Club
What is Barbell Club?
This class is about strength and lifting. Go heavy or keep it light... this class is a chance for you to do you. At your own pace.
This class is great for people wanting to take things a bit slower and prioritise their technique and form... and with the time and space to safely try lifting a little heavier if it feels good.
Barbell Club is a safe and controlled strength class, where you can go at the pace and intensity appropriate for whatever stage you're at.

We program in blocks, so if you're able to be consistent with your schedule week to week, you can familiarise yourself with the lifts, and develop your technique and strength over a time, recording your progress in the app as you go. If your schedule is a bit adhoc, no worries! - dip in and out and get a great and varied strength workout every time.

FUNdamentals
What is FUNdamentals?
Want to move but don't quite feel ready to throw yourself into group fitness? FUNdamentals meets you wherever you are and introduces you to all the basics of functional fitness, gently helping you to build confidence in your body and make you feel at home in the space.
We understand that the gym can be scary and that getting into exercise for the first time can cause a lot of fear and anxiety. We won't ever pressure you to do anything you don't want to and will never make you go faster or heavier. You are free to leave or rest at any time without question or judgement. Your health, safety and happiness is our priority.

Anyone who wants a start with the basics and spend time on learning the fundamental movement patterns and form.

What is Flex?
A class dedicated to improving your functional mobility.

This class combines activation and release work to give you the control and strength to move through your full range of motion comfortably and safely reducing the risk of pain and injury.
Whether you want to prevent injury, make day-to day life more comfortable, or improve your athletic ability this class is pure flex appeal.

Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to improve their mobility and strength through range. Suitable for both stiff and hyper -mobile bodies and everyone in between!

What is Om Bomb?
De-stress, unwind and zen out in this restorative mindful stretch class. Release tension, relax your mind, and rejuvenate your body and soul.

Inspired by Restorative Yoga this class is an opportunity to be mindful, breathe and nurture your body, with gentle slow moving restorative poses and some mindful meditation, end your week reinvigorated and ready for the next.

A fun sociable circuit class focussing on butts n abs.
This class will help you to strengthen those crucial muscle groups, improve balance and flexibility, and reduce pain and prevent injury.

Gender Affirming Fitness
What is GenderAF?
‘GenderAF’ gives you the option to focus on typically masc or typically femme body composition, and always provides a safe space to get fit with other like-minded humans!​
You can pick the programme that best suits you, and work through it in our beautiful, caring & loving community, with the expert support & guidance of our experienced personal trainers.

Wherever you are on your journey - no judgement. We’re here to support you whether you‘re years into your transition, or flirting with coming out. If you want pre/post op support or just good hangs with good people, we can help you take control of your fitness & health.

Teen Strength Classes
What is Teen Strength?​
This program is designed for teens looking to learn to get strong, move their bodies safely and functionally and socialise in a positive and inclusive environment!
Looking after our bodies is so important and getting started young is invaluable. We want to teach youths confidence in their bodies, confidence moving and give them the tools to look after their health into adulthood and beyond.

Who is it for?
Teens of all abilities and levels welcome, neurodiverse friendly, trans and genderqueer friendly.
​
How much does it cost?
1 CLASS A WEEK (10 weeks) - $250
2 CLASS A WEEK (10 weeks) - $400 (SAVE $100)

Late joiners will be charged pro-rata for the remainder of the term subject to availability.

Our bodies are constantly evolving and changing through our lifetime, and as such, our health and fitness needs to evolve too. This class is designed to help you to stay fit, strong, healthy, energised and active. With an emphasis on the needs of 60+ bodies.

This class is aimed people aged 60+ but we will not be checking IDs!
