Addi wants you to be the best version of yourself; to smash your fitness goals and pursue your health aspirations. She will motivate you to be the you you always wanted to be. And she dares you not to enjoy it.

Addi believes in functional training - training to be good at life. With an emphasis on core strength and stability, functional training includes plyometric, isometric and unilateral strength work combined with metabolic conditioning to improve your strength and fitness, and the way you move. It's fantastic for releasing all those happy brain chemicals too. FUN.

Addi lives with psoriatic arthritis - a genetic autoimmune condition. Previously incapacitated by the condition, Addi has absolutely transformed her life through lifestyle - most significantly exercise. This is what drives Addi to change perceptions surrounding chronic pain conditions and disability. By focusing on what we CAN do rather than all the things we CAN’T we can become the most powerful versions of ourselves. Strong muscles mean less impact on the joints, and more ability to compensate on those bad days. Exercise is also a proven anti-inflammatory and helps sleep, and is fantastic for helping us to build self-esteem, body awareness and some sense of empowerment over our situation.

All these things can also be used to help in the treatment of many mental health conditions too. The production of endorphins combined with good routine building and self esteem improvement, makes exercise an incredible tool in your mental health tool kit, and something that is always within your reach and control no matter what life throws at you. Addi wants to help arm you with these tools so you can tackle life with as much support as possible.
Driven to produce incredible results for her clients, Addi's approach to coaching is creative, personal, holistic, inspiring, fun and most importantly, tailored to your needs and goals.
