Here are some drills I want you to perform 2-3 times a week. 5 mins tops. After your gym sesh is ideal when you're nice and warm. Start with a version you can do and gradually progress over the weeks.

WEIGHT LIFTING (eg. Squat, Deadlift, Hip Thrust etc)
Make sure you come consistently do Barbell Club on the days your lift is being worked on. Or chat to your coach about subbing out a movement on a differnet day. You should be getting a juicy day on your lift at least once a week.
