Sophia is an experienced physiotherapist with a diverse background across community, private practice, hospital, and aged care settings. In addition to her role at Fit Bomb, she works at The Mount Hospital in the ICU and inpatient wards, providing care for cardiothoracic and orthopaedic patients. Sophia is also a dance coach and teacher at The Society Academy, where she trains and performs with their international competitive crew, The Society.
Whether returning to sport, dance, work, or simply moving through life with greater ease, Sophia is passionate about helping people get back to what they love. With a strong foundation in movement assessment and coaching—drawing from years of dance teaching—she brings a skilled and thoughtful approach to clinical rehabilitation. Sophia partners closely with individuals to identify their goals and build personalised treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and movement education.
She is committed to creating a supportive, empowering space where people feel confident and informed throughout their recovery journey. Known for her warm, empathetic, and fun approach, Sophia works wonderfully with children, teens, and adults alike.
Outside of the clinic, Sophia enjoys growing her houseplant collection, binging TV shows, and PC gaming. She's also very involved in Perth’s dance community, participating in showcases, filming projects, and teaching open classes. With The Society dance crew, she has competed internationally, earning 1st place in Mexico and 3rd place in Vietnam.
